1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing x222.im, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager through the x222 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use x222. Creating an account constitutes your active acceptance of these terms at the time of registration. Your continued use of x222 after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to all sections of x222 including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, Aviator, roulette, poker, virtual sports, promotions and any future services added to the platform.
2Eligibility & Age Verification

x222 operates in international markets under its gaming licence. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction before registering. x222 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where access to the platform is explicitly blocked.
Age Verification: x222 may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during your account's lifetime. Accepted documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.

3Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold one active x222 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different contact details or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. x222 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, x222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold or return deposited funds at its discretion. Bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited without exception.
3.2 Accurate Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Using false information to create or maintain a x222 account is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Currency
x222 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. This cannot be changed after account creation.
4Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x222 username and password. x222 will never contact you to request your password — if you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to x222 support immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact x222 support immediately to initiate a security review and temporary account freeze.
x222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides an additional layer of security by requiring a verification code in addition to your password at login.
Shared Devices: If you access x222 from a shared device — a family computer, a friend's phone — always log out fully after each session and never save your password on shared devices. x222 cannot be held responsible for unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to log out or secure their credentials.
5Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit, and only to methods registered in your verified account name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. x222 targets processing Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within five minutes of request confirmation. Other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing schedule. x222 charges no fees on standard withdrawals.
Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals above certain thresholds may trigger an identity verification request before processing. This is a standard AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance requirement, not a penalty. Having your CNIC ready when requesting large withdrawals will avoid delays.
5.3 Currency & Exchange
All x222 transactions are conducted in PKR. x222 does not apply currency conversion fees to Pakistani accounts. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount that appears in your balance — no deductions.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Validity Period

6.3 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to exploit x222's bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or systematically withdrawing after claiming bonuses without genuine play — is considered bonus abuse. x222 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings and restrict or close accounts where abuse is identified.
6.4 Welcome Bonus Specifics
x222's Welcome Bonus — currently a 100% match on first deposit up to Rs 50,000 — is available to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit. It is not available to existing players opening a second account. The bonus is valid for 7 days from activation and subject to 10x wagering.
Important: Always read the specific terms for each promotion before opting in. The general rules here set the framework, but individual offers may have different wagering requirements, game restrictions or validity periods.
7Betting Rules
All bets placed on x222 are subject to the rules of the specific sports market or game being bet on. General rules applicable to all betting activity on x222 are as follows:
- Bets are binding once confirmed. x222 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases where an obvious technical error has caused an incorrect bet to be recorded.
- x222 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical failure, match abandonment or circumstances beyond x222's reasonable control.
- Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing each bet.
- Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These are set by x222 at its discretion and may vary by market, event and player account history.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to the market being open at the time of the bet's submission. x222 is not responsible for connection delays that result in an in-play bet being submitted after market closure.
- In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, x222's records are considered definitive. Players may raise a dispute within 30 days of the event's settlement date.
Cricket betting on x222 — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs and T20s — is subject to Cricket's Laws and the specific rules published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). x222 applies these rules when settling cricket markets.
8Live Casino Rules
The following rules apply to all live casino games at x222 including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Crazy Time and Monopoly Live:
- All live casino results are final once the round is complete. x222 will not accept claims arising from a player misunderstanding the game rules or betting interface.
- In the event of a live stream disconnection during an active round, the bet will be settled based on the actual game outcome regardless of the player's ability to observe it. Reconnecting to the game will show the settled result.
- x222 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's internet connection failure during a live game round.

9Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
x222 maintains a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account restriction, termination and potential forfeiture of funds:

- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback on a deposit to x222 constitutes fraudulent behaviour. x222 will pursue recovery of fraudulent chargebacks through available legal channels.
10Responsible Gaming

11Account Closure & Termination
11.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request to close your x222 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Remaining balance (excluding any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you.
11.2 x222-Initiated Closure
x222 reserves the right to close or suspend any account with or without prior notice in cases including: breach of these terms, fraud or suspected fraud, AML concerns, identity verification failure, bonus abuse, or where required by applicable regulation or licence conditions.
In cases of fraud or material breach, x222 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where investigation concludes no breach occurred, funds will be released. Where breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
11.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. x222 will attempt to notify the registered contact before applying dormancy status. A dormant account maintenance charge of Rs 50 per month may be applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be archived after 24 months of inactivity.
12Limitation of Liability
x222 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While x222 takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime or technical issues at all times.
x222 is not liable for: losses arising from service interruptions; losses arising from a player's internet connection failure; any indirect, special or consequential losses; or any losses arising from a player's use of information obtained from third-party sources while betting on x222.
x222's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits x222's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13Privacy & Data
x222 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
